We are the hosts with the most. Please allow us to welcome you for a trip to the nations capitol. By choosing to stay at Morse, you will get a pet-friendly home with hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, sky-lights, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and almost 1400sqft of living space! Hang out and drink your coffee or wine from the front porch, back porch, or private balcony in the master bedroom. The main living level is comprised of the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, and laundry room. Special features in the living room include a projector & desk. Off the kitchen is a private deck overlooking the extra-large, fully fenced backyard and parking spot. Upstairs are 2 generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms including one master suite with attached bathroom and private deck.
Our home is contactless, seamless and easy self-check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn, we take your happiness and comfort seriously. No request is too big or too small for our team and we strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Don't hesitate to ask.
The property is located near Capitol Hill, a charming and colorful historically famous neighborhood. What started out as an area for members of Congress to live in the late 18th century, has now become Washington DC's largest residential historic district. This apartment is located on a scenic residential street, yet you can walk to dozens of fantastic locally owned restaurants, Starbucks, and grocery stores.
On weekdays, you can stroll to the Supreme Court building or Library of Congress to take a tour of our nation’s most venerable structures, then head to Whole Foods Market to buy some groceries on your way home for dinner.
This home is very bikeable and ride-shares are readily available.
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays!

1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet, per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) This home comes with one complimentary parking space.
6) This home has a fenced in yard.
7) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More

Beautiful little condo. Well decorated and clean. The yard was much bigger than I thought and was perfect for the dogs. Has large off street parking which was great as the on street parking was usually taken. It is not close to metro but we used scooters and bikes quite a bit to get around.Show more Octavia
